Using Pixo
By using Pixo, you confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these Terms, the community and copyright rules below, and the Privacy Policy.
Pixo lets you create fuse-bead patterns, keep local drafts and making progress, and use account-based community features. Store products and service features depend on availability in your app and platform.
Your account
Accounts use an email address and password. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Pixo does not offer self-service password reset in the current version. If you lose access, contact manjotsingh1965@icloud.com or use Help & Support. Pixo will never ask for your full password.
Your patterns and photos
You keep ownership of the patterns and photos you create. You must have the rights to everything you publish. Publishing grants other Pixo makers a non-exclusive license to view your post and, when you permit recoloring, to make attributed recolors inside the app.
Only publish originals you made yourself. A recolor keeps the original shape and credits the original maker; it is available only when the maker permits it. Finished-piece posts link to the pattern used to make them.
Community and copyright
Be kind. Discuss the work, not the person. Do not harass, threaten, demean or repeatedly contact someone who has not replied.
Sexual or exploitative content, content involving minors, hate or violence, illegal goods, spam, scams, impersonation and infringement are prohibited. Do not publish content you do not have the rights to share.
To report a problem, use Report on a post, profile or message. Blocking hides a maker’s posts and messages in the app and prevents messaging through the app interface. These tools do not guarantee that all inappropriate content is detected or that access is restricted outside the app interface. The app does not provide human review or image moderation.
For copyright complaints, submit a Copyright report on the post or a Copyright ticket in Help & Support. Include the original work’s location. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account action. To appeal a content or account decision, open a support ticket and explain why you believe the decision was wrong.
Messaging
The app supports text, photo and voice messages. The current service does not restrict message records to conversation participants. Do not send sensitive information. Hiding a message or clearing your conversation view does not remove the server record or the other participant’s history. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Buds and virtual gifts
Buds are virtual items used only to send gifts in Pixo. Where store purchases are available, Buds packs are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Check the quantity and price presented by your store before confirming a purchase.
Buds have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, transferred or exchanged. Gifts express appreciation; recipients do not receive money. You can send gifts to the creator of another maker’s published work, but not to yourself. Each gift requires enough Buds, and gifting is unavailable to or from blocked makers.
The app does not set a daily purchase or gifting limit. Store and account policies still apply. The gift selection screen shows the gift’s Buds cost before you send it.
Purchase questions and refunds
Apple or Google processes purchases and handles refund requests under its policies. If you were charged but Buds did not arrive, use Wallet › Check status or open a Refund ticket in Help & Support with your order identifier.
The gift policy provides for reversing refunded purchases from the Buds balance. If the displayed order status or balance needs checking, contact support. Opening a store refund page does not itself confirm that a refund has been approved.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending account access
You can delete your account in the app. This permanently ends app access, prevents the email from being used to sign in or register again, and clears the local account workspace. It does not automatically erase server records or already shared content. See retention and deletion details.
Unused Buds become inaccessible after account deletion. Gifts already sent are not reversed, and deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Transaction records are kept when required under the gift policy. Pixo may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms.
